Oakley has a poor marketing strategy of offering lens options for new frame purchases that are unavailable for purchase as replacement lenses. I’ve had two pairs of Half-Jacket 2.0 sunglasses and I have been unable to find replacement Prizm Deep Water Polarized replacement lenses for the frames on at least three different occasions. The most recent failed attempt occurred when I submitted a warranty request. Oakley offered me to return the defective product (I had a strange reflection on the inside of the right lens) and I would be credited for a replacement voucher to re-purchase on Oakley SI again, with additional cost for the new order. I pushed back and requested Oakley replace just the lenses. I received a response from Luxottica indicating they could replace the lenses, but the Prizm Deep Water Polarized are not available, so I could choose from any number of black or gray options with Prizm, Polarized, standard, or Prizm Polarized. I also checked out a new purchase of the 2.0 frames and the lens selection there is poor today as well. Only gray, black, and the orange colors are available. The frames from Oakley are expensive. I expect to have the ability to purchase replacement lenses because they are the most likely part to be damaged. When I get ready to spend more money to buy replacement parts, I expect to see the same options that were available when I purchased the original sunglasses. Update: I changed my review from 2-stars to 4-stars. I just got off of the phone with a supervisor at Oakley. The young lady was very helpful and apologetic. She had a replacement pair of Prizm Deep Water Polarized lenses shipped out as expedited delivery to resolve the issue. She was wonderful. I would have rated this a 5-star had the first customer support agent done what she just did in minutes. I interacted with 1-Oakley and 3-Luxottica customer support personnel before the manager was able to help. The first interaction was on Jun 5, so it took 7-days, multiple emails and a negative review to get it done.

Great deals on a wide selection of glasses!

My newest pair of Oakley sunglasses is just as all others I've been getting for the last 15 years. In fact I still have my original pair fm back then. If that gives you any indication of durability. It should. I don't own any other brand of sunglasses. My most recent order is the 6th or 7th pair. As a change up. Not because any has failed but I like to have a choice of which to wear for what's necessary. What are you waiting for. Get some, now.

Customer service is awesome! Website itself is something that needs work but the products themselves are amazing. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and these two pairs I have are the best I’ve ever had. I word of mouth as often as I get compliments, which is frequent.
