Oakley Standard IssueReviews of oakleysi.com

I ordered the matte black Terraforma sunglasses with progressive lenses and received them in under 7 days. Couldn't be happier with the service received. Ordering through Oakley SI saved almost 50 percent of the original price.

Ordering was very difficult. Order was cancelled with no explanation and customer service was rude and no help at all .

Always great service with outstanding products!

Oakley SI has never done me wrong. Everything I order is made with the best quality and comfort. The one time my boots order was wrong, I was compensated by keeping the order and they immediately sent me a correct pair of boots. This company kills it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

This is my second m frame ballistic eye pro and both times the hinges have broken. For the money the hinges should be metal not plastic. Fool me twice smh I’ll just stick with ESS, dam shame. former infantryman I would never recommend this to anyone still in.

Quick shipping. Reliable tracking service.

The customer service was great when I had to cancel my order in order to order the correct lenses with my updated PD measurement. However, when I finally received my progressive prescription glasses, I was disappointed. I was unable to see clearly from the portion of the lenses that was supposed to not have any magnification. I had to return the glasses. Too bad because I really liked the frame.

Ordering is easy. If you have a problem it is impossible to get help from a human. I called the customer service number for help. My Vanguard glasses were knocked off my face by a branch going through a trail in my airboat and went overboard. I tried to see if Oakley could help me with a better discount than 15%. I did reach a person based in the Philippines. They were very nice after explaining my problem they said I would receive an email and i never got one after four tries I gave up. Apparently they are just there to stroke you and no action is ever taken after you hang up.
