Canceled my free trial and was charged $150 anyway. There is no phone number to contact anyone here, only an email address. Feeling scammed by this business.

This is a scam company. Tried to charge me $150 multiple times. F-off open.

Complete scam. Beware! I tried the one week free trial. I canceled after 2 days and deleted the app. They charged me $150 for a year subscription. I contacted them they said because I did not have an email saying my subscription was canceled they will not refund me my money. I've been fighting back and forth through email and have finally disputed the charge through my creditcard.

Scam! stole my money. $150 No notification nothing. The worst experience I’ve had with customer service. Do bot trust them

Scammers that charges my card even after it was canceled and removed. They are very bad !

SCAM! I’ve been charged the annual subscription fee without prior notice and without my consentement. This is unlawful. My credit card info still show up on the app even after qi cancelled my subscription

Nothing whatsover, is clear on this ‘open ‘ thought After replying to my review saying they like to ‘talk about…🙄 Nothing , to talk about ! I will not forget about my 150 , without refund, and, creep boring pratices ! Grow up !!

SCAM. Buyer beware! I thankfully used a prepaid card (as i do for most trials) and after the 7 days when I cancelled, they tried to charge me $150 and even after I emailed them to ask them to stop they kept trying (the day I emailed them, they tried multiple times in a day). Buyer beware! So interesting, after their response below that was posted today, they tried to charge my card again (September 8) Scammers!!
