Very difficult to deal with. Not recommended.

Problems with the return. Was told that I could not return a part I ordered for the tank of a toilet because of sanitary concerns. I explained that it had not been installed and even if it had been, it was for the TANK, not the bowl. Generally, they are not such a friendly bunch up there at this company.

I ordered some spare parts for my Toto toilet as the price was cheaper than MSRP. I live in California and it took about one week to receive items. All items were received, all OEM and all new. Free shipping over $100. I didn't have to return or contact customer service and so overall my experience was positive.

I needed an obsolete tiolet gasket (99-292) that I could find no where else except New York Replacement Parts.I ordered it on June 17 and it was delivered next day. I am very happy to have been able to successfully repair my tiolet.

Buyer Beware. I ordered a replacement part for my Grohe faucet that cost over $200. After testing the part, I found that it did not resolve the issue. When I contacted the company to request a return, they denied it. Their reason was that because the part had been used for testing and water had passed through it, it could not be returned or resold. I find this policy very frustrating. How is a customer supposed to determine whether a replacement plumbing part works without actually testing it? I am now left with an expensive part that did not solve my problem and cannot be returned. While the company may be following its policy, customers should be aware of this before making a purchase. Be sure to carefully review the return policy before ordering, especially for high-cost replacement parts. In my experience, if the part does not work for your situation, you may be stuck with it regardless of the outcome.

Main (physical) store is fine. They do have prices that are lower than offered at other competing stores. Stay away from the online orders department however. Rude and unhelpful. My recent order was cancelled without explanation. When I called to get details, the person on the other end of the line mumbled something and hung up. I checked the number and called again to be sure - same thing. I think they outsourced their online order management to some overseas outfit where English is the 3rd or 4th language.

I ordered a part for my instant hot faucet. When the plumber tried to install it, it dripped. We thought it might be the wrong part, So I tried to return it. I was told that because it was opened it could not be refunded. I spent over $100 on the part and shipping. NYRP said the part wasn't working....which is probably why it dripped when the plumber installed it. But because I didn't specify that (or even know that!) i was denied.
