Hi I think their approach is excellent. Very accepting and non judgmental as other experiences I’ve had. The focus on long term lifestyle improvement rather that quick fix weight loss is refreshing as well. They had the flexibility and adaptability to work with my personal dietary restrictions.

The approach is amazing! its real food for healing, catered plans, understanding where the struggles are and over coming it. It is a breath of fresh air knowing that they listen, help and tailor. There are no fad diets or anything cookie cutter being pushed. it is all pure nutrition and real food.

I had a great experience meeting with my nutritionist, Lauren, for the first time. She had a pleasant disposition, was easy to talk to, and I felt she asked the right questions to gauge what I was looking for from my nutritionist appointment. I think the service provided was great. Some suggestions on how to improve nutritionist appointments, I would say, would be to offer quick nutritional visual guides to new clients, that are quick and easy to digest and can perhaps serve as reminders to jump start new health/nutritional habits.
