PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!
I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this one had to be written. I wanted a backpack and it was quite hard to get it over here in the UK so I had to order it from the US and NYGlass was one of the only places I could order it from and as the price was a great deal I ordered straight away. However it wasn’t until after I had ordered that I checked the reviews on trustpilot and seen that they weren’t good as all of them apart from 1 had been given as 1 star. So at this point I basically accepted the fact I had been scammed and weren’t receiving my product. It had been a couple of weeks and I still hadn’t received so I emailed them not expecting to get a reply but I received one and it was really helpful. Then a few days after that I have now received my product and couldn’t be happier. So the reason I am writing this review is because if I had read the other reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have ordered and I would’ve paid a lot more for my backpack and NY Glass would have missed out on custom.
