I talked with David, the sales person was a bit rude and cocky, at least they should talk politely to everyone.

They showed up on the exact date I agreed on and packed everything, Everything was going great, but I quoted the for 26 boxes. Unfortunately I miss calculated and it came out 27, then I needed to pay 500$ extra just for a extra box.

I called about a move from Georgia to Alabama and spoke with a rep from their company. He asked me all of the general information as in how many boxes we would be moving, furniture etc. He then proceeded to give me a rundown about how someone just cancelled and they would be able to give me a great deal because my mother is a senior. He quoted me at around $3,500.00 for a 2.5 hour move. I explained that this was far too much being as though I had just moved from Arizona to Georgia for $3,000.00 so his figure made 0 sense. He then proceeded to call me stupid and said I was the dumbest person he had ever spoken to if I thought I was going to get a move for that price. Don't EVER in life use this company!!! They are obviously trying to scam people.

Though their service is good but their after service customer support is not even decent. They must fix it asap.

My experience with Amerisafe was not good, I agreed with them on 28 June but the team showed up at 29 June, they weren't true to their word.

Totally unethical and using classic bait and switch scam tactics to artificially provide a low initial quote (the bait), only to purposely get you past the 3 day cancellation period. They will then call you a few day before the move to do another over the phone "inventory" (its just for show) to then double or more the cost of your move (the switch). If you do your research there are tons of reviews online that back this up. There is a whole facebook group of people scammed by them. They are also under federal investigation for fraud and unethical business practices by a 3 letter federal agency you have all heard of. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE US THIS MOVING BROKER!

A below average moving experience, packed all my item with low quality box, didn't felt like they care about items. Only positive side was they delivered my item quickly.

Though the moving experience is real good, but their after sell support seems real bad. Almost no response at all.
