I have been using NUVet plus since 2014 for all my rescues and I can say that it works. My dogs coats were spectacular compared to anyone we encountered. Great company! I’ll always use this supplement for my dogs.

We love the product, but your shipping is the worst we’ve ever experienced. I ordered the product 12 days ago, and we still have not received our order (which of course was charged to my card immediately upon ordering). Tracking information still does not show an estimated arrival date. Very poor service.

Dave, 99% of our packages are shipped same day with 97% being delivered within 3 days of ordering all across the US. That is why we partner with USPS and send a vast majority of our packages via Priority Mail. That said, things can happen. Please reach out to customer service so they can locate your account and they’ll be happy to review and issue a complimentary reship if needed.

Product excellent your shipping methods not Dec. 1st shipped priority as of 12/12 not received yet told by the post office it should be arriving in the next couple days. My suggestion is switch to FedEx. Best in shipping.
