Nu Vet has made such a difference in our dogs energy level and well being. We own a Veterinary practice and have referred many of our clients to Nu Vet supplements with nothing but positive feedback from them. Thank you Donna for taking such good care of us and being very professional and informative. Kudos!!!

The product is good quality. We have had a subscription for nearly 5 years. My issue is with their inability to honor my request to change the frequency of delivery. I have tried several times and they are nice, tell me to give away the extra delivery and refunded. Then we received another delivery, too soon, again.

Leslie, thanks for your feedback. I have reviewed all the emails we have received from you and they all asked for pushing the next shipment. A request to space out intervals other than that was never requested. Please either let us know how frequently you want to receive them by calling 800-474-7044 or emailing [email protected] or log into your online portal and make that adjustment using our self service option. We want to make sure we get this right for you.

High quality supplements. Order is promptly mailed out after placing. Phone associates are helpful & courteous should you need to talk with someone. My "boy"Henri loves his morning multi vitamin wafer and evening joint wafer! He expects it with his am & pm meals. The website is very easy to use.
