I had forgotten I was on auto ship and placed an order at the same time the auto ship renewed. When I realized this and called the company, I was told that they do not send notification of the upcoming auto ship renewal. I no longer needed some of the product that auto shipped but was told I have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return the items. I would have thought it good company practice to send notification of the impending autoship renewal and to have noticed that I ordered a significant portion of what was on auto ship in the new order I placed.

My rotties has been on both since he was 7 weeks. He has never pulls an acl his joints are amazing. The products he loves. And to be on a subscription is great i don’t have to think about it. Thank you for your amazing quality and great customer service

My lab female has been on NuVet plus since she could eat. Started with the breeder and I continued. 2 years 3 months old Most beautiful coat of the 5 labs I've owned. Vibrant, healthy, happy. Did mention spoiled? Great product.

Always get her Vitamins on time but hate they come through the USPS. It took me 10 minutes to get them out of my tiny mail slot. They shove them in with force and I can’t get them out, I usually have to get my neighbors help.
