Been using NuVet since we got our puppy. She will eat the wafer without having to hide it in food. Recently, she has been diagnosed with severe allergies. Her dermatology Vet after further test testing recommended keeping her off of all poultry. Unfortunately, all NuVets supplements, that I could see, have chicken in them. I read that chicken is the #1 allergy for dogs. I wish that they could substitute the chicken out of their product and replace it with either beef lamb, pork bison, something other than poultry/ animal with feathers.

Originally referred by a local breeder. I have been a customer for two years. Good product, great customer service. Automatic refills work perfectly and the product always arrives on time.

We were recommended to NuVet Labs from our breeder in 2010 and have been relying on them ever since to keep our Golden Doodles healthy. NuVet Labs provides excellent customer service too. We've used the NuVet Plus wafers and the NuJoint DS.

Began using NuJoint Plus based on our breeder recommendation in 2023. Started autoship immediately, so that we would never miss a dose for our dogs. After acquiring a 4th, I called to have the autoship updated accordingly. The support I agent I spoke with was so helpful in figuring out the best option for us! Even better, he was interested to learn about the breed of dogs we own! So nice and helpful... It isn't often anymore that you get the wonderful customer service like days gone by. Great job bringing back the friendly and caring feeling.

Stop using shady auto refill as an additional revenue stream, and then when attempting to return charge restocking fees. You are the reason for the return, maybe you should pay me a fee for wasting my time.
