The customer service is great. I'm still not sure I will keep the mattress, as it's to form and hurts my back. Even with the mattress topper they sent me.

Hi to all who are searching for a new mattress. My wife and I have found the Nuvanna mattress to be absolutely the best mattress we have ever slept on. We are extremely happy with its comfort and firmness and at the same time the memory foam and stability of the bed and mattress. We highly recommend Nuvanna. 100% you can't go wrong.

So far, so good (6+ months)! We love our Nuvanna mattress. It took just a little getting used to because of how firm it is, but it manages to be both very firm and very comfy.
