Hi Karel - thanks for your review and feedback. I'm sorry the mattress did not meet your firmness expectations. A couple of observations relative to firmness: Sometimes when you give it some extra time, your body will adjust and you may have a different perception. The important thing is for your body to be supported and your spine properly aligned. But obviously it cannot be at the expense of individual comfort. Alternatively, if you would like, we can send you a 2" topper (same material as the first layer of the mattress), free of charge, and you can place it on top of the mattress to make it softer. Hi Jennifer - thanks for your feedback and for leaving us a review. I'm sorry for the initial experience. Sometimes it takes a few days or weeks to adjust to a new sleeping surface. The two initial layers are truly comfortable layers (softer) that are supported by the third layer (firmer) designed for optimum spinal alignment. If your previous mattress was on the soft side, this initial reaction is not unusual. If this continues to bother you after 10 days to 2 weeks, please give us a call and we will suggest a complimentary topper to make the sleeping surface feel softer. I just don't want to do this prematurely. Thanks again for your feedback and review.
