Food was fine. It wasnt terrible, but every meal we tried aside from the banana bread/chocolate hummus, was very bland. Just absolutely no flavor.

It came a day late and I wish the greens in the salad had been fresher. I substituted the greens for fresh ones.

I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.

This is a wonderful service. I think the food is highest quality and delicous. Everything is prepared and portioned and very easy to heat and eat. Packaging gives attention to recyclability. I ordered the 2000 calorie level and the amount of food is just right for my active lifestyle. Suggestions: I think it would be helpful to include a letter with the box of food to describe the contents and suggestions for how to use added things in the box like the delicious sprouted greens. The meals are tasty as they are, but I like to add nutrients to my diet through herbs and spices and would appreciate suggestions from the Chef on specific ones I could add to specific meals. Thank you so much!

It wasn't very easy to understand how to prepare. Not having all the nutritional values on the label is very upsetting when you track net carbs. Need better packaging and use FedEx next day for delivery.

Hi Mary, We apologize for any confusion regarding your order. I was able to look into your order and can confirm that it was shipped using UPS Next Day. We shipped your order on Monday 4/5 and it was overnighted and delivered on Tuesday 4/6. On the back of the cardboard sleeve that your meals were enclosed in contained preparation instructions, ingredients and nutritional values.
