The food tasted great and I loved that it is biodynamically grown, organic, shipped in sustainable packaging, but....... The food itself comes in plastic clamshells which cannot be recycled (even though they are #1 plastic) and there is no circular economy nor sustainability for this plastic use. Methodology.com uses glass containers that the drivers pick up the next week and they are washed and re-used. Please Longevity foods, create a circular or at least not harmful packaging system. Then, there is no way to list very common allegens such as corn, soy., chocolate, tomato, etc. etc. So sadly, I will have to leave the service.

I just signed up and was charged for however the activation took some time, by the the I was activated next charge was made and 2 orders was sent out at the same time. I received double orders of fresh products which is very hard consume before it goes bad. I had to double up on the meals and combine meals to not having to waste produce. I wish you would not have done that. Also my fish was soft and half unfrozen at delivery which was somewhat concerning regarding food safety.

The fish came thawed, I was afraid to eat the fish. I would like to have options to choose from the menu rather than a set menu

I love how easy the dinners are and how there is very little prep involved. The food is also very delicious

Vegetables were very good however it was a big problem trying to identify unfamiliar vegetables. Would have been helpful to have a list or labels

The presentation was very nice, the booklet to help make suggestions was also helpful.

This is the first plan that has really worked for me in many years. The nutritionist was helpful in answering my questions and the customer service has been very quick and efficient.
