I was following your Facebook page and someone asked about food allergies. They were told to contact customer service and would be helped with that. I had just ordered the trial version and immediately emailed customer service with my food allergy concerns. I was told that the oats were in separate containers. I requested that my 3 breakfast meals be substituted with anything other than oats. I was told that there are no substitutions! I explained my concern that I was being charged for 3 meals that I could not eat and again requested any substitution or help in any way. I was basically told that there was nothing that could be done. I only gave this 2 stars because the meals that I was able to eat, were good, but the lack of concern bout food allergies would rate a 0 star. I will not purchase from your company again.

I received the Longevity meals and love them. They taste great and the portion size and control are so helpful. Really love this food service - best I have found!

Healthy & nutritious food & ready to enjoy. They also have an excellent customer service! I love the fact the the team is always available to answer my questions. I had a problem but they immediately offered a great solution! I am more than satisfied, thank you!

Amazing veggies and herbs. Taste and looks like garden produce, and not like those commercially grown you can find in store. I lower the total number of points, as basil was gone bad. Not sure how it happened.

My last shipment came missing protein and some ingredients. The salads were wilted...straight to the trash...and that's a shame.

I want to give 5 star for service and promptness of delivery and ability to control my order, skip weeks, and staff reminders that it is time to reorder. My concerns: food expires with a day or 2 before next shipment order and I had to freeze it on expiry date Also breakfast is great, so we’re lunches- wish there was more seasoning available

It feels like I have a personal chef making dinners for me every night. The pre-made meals are so easy and taste like like were just freshly made. And wow, so unique and full of flavor. I love Valter Longo’s work, and the fact that this company has put it into an easy and accessible reality is incredible. Cannot recommend Nutrition For Longevity enough.
