Poor delivery and customer service! This was my first order. It came in a day later and the box was opened so it was no longer cool! Tried to contact customer service but only get voicemail! Disappointed!!

I couldn't get in touch with a person at N4L to answer my questions BEFORE buying it. My first order arrived today and I was missing one lunch and one dinner; plus one dinner was repeated. I received a call from Cristina - Customer Service Manager - to further discuss my previous comments. She listened and provided me a solution that better accommodates to mine dietary needs. I appreciated a company that contact clients that complaints in a proactive way and look to learn from that experience. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with N4L. Thanks Cristina!

Awful experience. Signed up for one box of the pescatarian 3 day meal plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days per week). Received 2 boxes of one large Thanksgiving meal which I didn't order and didn't want. To add insult to injury, I was charged twice the amount that I had authorized. I couldn't use the food and had no choice but to throw it out. I asked for a refund but was denied. I was told that an email was sent saying that they weren't sending the regular boxes this week. The email was titled 'Order your Thanksgiving family meal kit today.' It was a sales email describing what was on offer if you ordered it. You needed to scroll all of the way to the bottom to see that this is what you'd be getting for the week of Thanksgiving instead of the standing order. This is fraud: the title and body of the email made one think this was a special offer one could elect, not that one was receiving notice of the company's unilateral decision to send me something I didn't order and not send me what I did order. And the food was awful. I am outraged that this company thinks that it's ok to charge me twice for food that I didn't order!

Succinct and clearly written information on the latest scientific research regarding increasing your chances for a long, healthy life. Personally, I am interested in the quality of life during the later years. Longo explains how to increase your chances of creating this for yourself. Kudos.

Amazing food and company! I’ve been a customer for several weeks now and I am so happy I found this company! Customer service was so helpful with guidance on what meal plan I should pick. The food is so fresh and effortless, my health has improved so much after sticking with these meals, I’m sleeping better have more energy! I no longer experience the afternoon haze!

UPDATE: A customer service manager did reach out to me and did offer a credit for the first order mistake. Additionally, they will not be sending a meal you did not order as a substitute again. So the customer service manager did recover from the mistake and was very friendly and professional. Original: Signed up for vegan received a salmon meal. Gave it away. Then received a Turkey feast I did not order. No offer of a refund. It is unethical, in my opinion, to charge someone for something they did not order. I have cancelled my subscription.

Unable to login to cancel. My order was not complete and excluded the breakfast and snacks. Didn’t get any response from my inquiries.

Very disappointed. I am a long time WFPB eater and ordered this for Thanksgiving because it was just me and my daughter. The food was not flavorful at all. I threw most of it away. I would not order again.
