UPDATE #1 & #2 - SEE BELOW. I just received my 3-day Trial Box of the pescatarian meals. Several meals were not sealed properly, so there was sauce all over the interior of the shipping box and the other meals. The radishes in one of the meals is moldy and the greens appear wilted. I am extremely disappointed that I have to throw away packages containing fish and shrimp. So wasteful. Hopefully customer service will make things right. I'll let you all know... UPDATE #1: Nandi from Nutrition for Longevity graciously and quickly responded to my concerns and offered a full refund. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars, hoping all goes well and I can give them additional stars. To be continued... UPDATE #2: Wow, things are moving quickly! Despite the offer to refund, I asked if it was possible to have a replacement box sent and that's what they are going to do for me. It will be shipped in approximately 5 days. If I could rate my customer service experience so far, I would give them 5 + stars. Nandi has been wonderful to work with. To be continued...

I very much enjoy the tasty and nutritious meals. The portion size is perfect for me.

I was searching far and wide for a meal service with truly organic foods based on the longevity diets and finally found it! The food is delicious and easy to make. We both work quite a bit, so it’s nice having everything ready-made. We actually cook the meals in a pan instead of the oven. My wife and I do the five meals per day three times per week and never get sick of it. It pretty much covers our entire dietary needs, and then we do some takeout on the weekends.

Nutrition for Longevity has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are quick to respond, they are extremely helpful, and they are happy to make it right if you are not satisfied or have an issue. I have found the food to be fresh and delicious, with a variety of meals. It's so easy to do the heat and serve meal option. I feel confident with the food I'm eating, and I know I'm putting good stuff into my body. I feel great, but I would really say that their customer service goes the extra mile.

First the customer service is fantastic, any issues Ive had and I’ve had my share of them has been managed well thanks to Nandi. She is an asset to this company and made my experience so much better despite not receiving 2 orders and so on.. Here are some concerns or things I feel NFL could improve: - For a company all about sustainable farming and practices I was very surprised to see non recyclable packaging. Other meal service companies I’ve order from use biodegradable packaging or at the very least recyclable 1 or 2 containers. I’m sure you have your reasons why you dont but I’m hoping to see a change in the near future. - Food need a bit more seasoning and variety. - Option to pick from a curated meal list once a week would put you over the top and would be amazing. - Ice packets are absolutely needed for the top of the food not just the bottom. Overall the food is fresh, healthy and organic which is the point. At the end of the day with the combination of great customer experience and food quality I recommend NFL.
