Thanks for the feedback Josh, we always appreciate an opportunity to improve. I see you've ordered from us before, looks like you ordered back in November on a Sunday, your order shipped on Monday and arrived 3 business days later (Thanksgiving in between) so it took 3 business days to arrive. Your most recent order got delayed due to the snowstorm so it took 4 business days to arrive (your order was placed on President's Day) so I do apologize for the 1-day delay. We ship all orders placed before 2pm out the same day and normal delivery time is 2-3 business days barring any delays.
