Ordered a bottle of Dream Nutrition Vit D3&K2 - 240 tablets from Amazon. Order was delivered next day, but the bottle was not sealed. Requested a replacement, but Amazon replied that the product is not replaceable. Want to order more, but bottles must be sealed. Please arrange with for a replacement bottle

always loved their fish oil but for like 6 months cant get it anywhere. worse is that NOBODY answers emails at all for months they dont care about customers. switched to another brand and not going back. shameful way to treat long term customers. I had taken many of their products, will not buy again from a company that could care less. phone number is BUSY signal for months.

Usually good service and products until recent. I've gathered information even from vendor sources, that suggest that there may be some internal corporate issues. In the meantime, it would be nice if NutriGold would communicate to it's customers that things are on hold or some rational explanation, instead of leaving everyone hanging.

I attempted to order 2 bottles of my product off their website. As a new customer, I didn't know what to expect. However, everything seemed to go well up to the end, at which point Global-e refused to process my payment with a 500-Server error code. I repeated this multiple times over different days, attempting to give them my money. I even called the 800 number for CS, which was always busy, no matter when I tried during their posted 8:30-4:30 MST business hours. I used the Contact Us form, and even sent an email to a generic CS address at the company. It didn't bounce, but there was no reply at all. This over the last week of trying. I can only draw the conclusion that the company must have let go of its customer service staff a couple years back, judging from the reviews on here. Very disappointing. I will update if I ever hear anything from anyone at the company, but at this point I don't expect to. I will take my order elsewhere, sadder and wiser, and not attempt to deal with the company directly ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Placed an order 14 days ago and never received a shipping confirmation or the delivery itself. Tried to contact them online and through the phone to no avail. Now I'm out $50 :(
