I'm very pleased to have this fat-soluble form of Vitamin C, which has a high absorption rate. Given that I'm in my 60's, I want to maintain a healthy immune system. This bottle contains 90 servings and is a better value than the other brands I've seen.

I have been taking Ashwagandha off and on. Sometimes for some reason i feel nauseas after drinking it. But i decided to give it one more chance. Sure enough, this brand, despite it being extra strength does not have those side effects. Also i don't feel as sluggish through out the day and have been sleeping better.
