I been taking it almost a month . I haven't lost any weight yet , but , it does provide some energy. I hope to lose at least 10 pounds and hopefully it will help ad in my cholesterol and sugar levels without taking the apple vinegar with the mother which I was drinking for about 8 months , it's very uncomfortable drinking it , to the point I feel nauseous . So hopefully these are as effective.

I have tried other Turmeric products before and they all gave me heartburn. When I started using nutriflair Turmeric with ginger and BioPerine I thought that I might experience some heartburn since it was stronger than any of the other Turmeric that I have tried. I was pleasantly surprised, no heartburn. I started using Turmeric to try to control some of my inflammation. The Doctor said that I had a lot and that it was throughout my body. I have been having trouble with all my joints and can not walk very well. When I take the Turmeric, it helps with the joint pain. My hope is that after I take this for around two to three months, I will get a lot of help with my joint pain. Now that I have found something that does not give me heartburn, and is a good strength to help with this much pain, I have a lot of hope. Give this a try if you are suffering with inflammation running around in your body. I think you will be pleased.

I take the ACV in the liquid form, and I wasn’t sure if the pills would be any as effective, but I have already lost 5lbs in my first week. I take it every day before lunch and it is working for me so far.
