I purchased the Apple cider vinegar capsules and along with a multi vitamin and probiotic, I have lost 10 lbs in a month. I am so shocked. Will be buying more FOR SURE

Started taking collagen about 3 months…
Started taking collagen about 3 months ago and I would recommend it highly. There is a noticeable difference in my skin. I actually bought it for my joints because of my arthritis so it’s a win win situation:)

Starting using liposomal vitamin C and have noticed my skin looks great also it’s not as harsh on my stomach as regular itamin when I take high doses.

Great product hands down.
I bought a bottle on June 15 and I received it the next day. I was very excited to start using this product because I needed something to help me lose weight while exercising a little. So fast forward to today. My 2xl sweats fit lose and I think I lost a couple of inches to my waist. I haven’t weighted my self but I did measure myself. I really recommend this product because it has also reduced my appetite and gives me energy and I’m pretty lazy.

I recommend GCT&M for knee pain.
I've been using Glucosamine Chondroitin Turmeric & MSM for my knees and have noticed a difference. While I still have some days where my knees ache it's FAR less than before I started.
