I noticed a huge increase on my energy levels about 15 days after taking the vitamin c. I like the higher dosage on it. I like that they are not huge capsules or not coated. They don’t irritate my stomach like most I have bought in the past. I really enjoyed this and felt the benefits.

If taken as directed before eating with light excercises you loose weight. Also I have more energy.Not as fatigued All in all so far I am happy with this product
