NutricartelReviews of nutricartel.com

Always an amazing experience, when I come into the store I’m always greeted and given the best recommendations for my needs. I find it hard to find anywhere else that would give this level of satisfaction when it comes to the selection of products along with the great service, you can tell they really care about their customers. Thank you guys at nutricartel you got a customer for life!!

Had an order that they realized the products were near the best by date (I ordered 3) and they reached out by both email and text to make sure if I still wanted it or if I wanted a refund. They offered a 30% discount since it was almost expired (supplements last quite awhile longer than those dates so I happily accepted) and even accommodated me in adding another item to the order and giving a discount for that as well. I also own an ecommerce business so I appreciate top notch customer service since its one of my own company values. Nutricartel has been and will continue to be my go to for supplements with how great their selection and pricing is, and their customer service is just as great.

Had a good experience with this company. Went through them a couple times and haven’t had issues. Shipping is quick also.

Nothing but good vibes from this excellent company, as a customer from the UK I’m absolutely thrilled that you guys deliver to me. I’ve had a few orders now and every one has been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Super fast delivery even on the standard shipping and express. I’m always super excited when I receive my order, and the little extras are always appreciated. Thank you and will be definitely back. All the best guys.

Everything was fine till I got my order half my preworkout were in clumps , shook it before I opened them up and it sounded like rocks in my preworkout… Emailed there customer service about it but no reply just like I thought. But it’s okay. Great company from what I can see. Just wasn’t satisfied with the product that was shipped out..😭😭😭

Amazing company. I've been using them for a few years now. Never had issues. I just recently tired ordering something that was discontinued and the issue was fixed and even upgraded.

I have been ordering from Nutricartel for years and have always been happy with them. This last order had a small issue with the product (not their fault at all , a defect in the capsules) and their customer service was top notch. Even on a weekend ; they responded to my concerns and made it right. I would highly recommend nurticartel to anyone looking for good deals and great service.

Best service by far of any supplement store in area. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has brands I am familiar with from TikTok and other social media platforms. Also did a free inbody on top of it. Overall great place 5 stars !!!
