Ordered my product 2 months ago. I initially got reply from the support team, saying to wait. Now its been 1 month and no updated from the courier, and two weeks since they last replied to my email. I wish they would just reply and either give me my money or resend the product. Feels bad.

Made an order two months ago.the order was shipped but has been lost in the process. I have contacted customer support and they have claimed that it was departed from USA but it doesn't say so anywhere and they have admitted themselves that they haven't got a response from the shipping company so they have basically lied. Never received any products or my money back.

We’re sorry this international shipment has been delayed. The order was shipped using USPS First-Class Package International, the shipping method the customer selected at checkout. Tracking for this service may become limited after the package leaves the United States, depending on the destination country’s postal system. International shipments to Israel may also experience extended customs and transit delays outside of our control. Our customer support team has remained in communication with the customer and has already opened an inquiry with USPS. At this time, USPS has not officially confirmed the shipment as lost and has not yet provided a final update. If the carrier determines that the package has been lost in transit, we will issue the appropriate refund. The customer has successfully ordered from us previously using the same shipping method. That shipment also experienced a delay but was ultimately delivered. We understand how frustrating it is to wait this long for an order, and we will continue following up with the carrier until a final determination is provided.

Everything was fine till I got my order half my preworkout were in clumps , shook it before I opened them up and it sounded like rocks in my preworkout… Emailed there customer service about it but no reply just like I thought. But it’s okay. Great company from what I can see. Just wasn’t satisfied with the product that was shipped out..😭😭😭

Ordered pre workout to Australia it never came sent multiple emails They just stop answering in the end pretty disappointed spent $200aud Been over 2 months now

Hello Harry, thank you for providing your order information. You ordered in April and it traveled from the USA to Australia, and delivered 3 June. We have been in communication and you claimed you did not receive your order. We filed a claim with USPS which also led to an investigation from Australia Post (AusPost) jointly investigating with Australian Customs Officials and they also confirmed the order was delivered to your address June 3. We communicated a resolution to help you as both USPS and AusPost confirmed it was delivered and not missing, but you never answered our email with these findings or the resolution to help you further. This company canceled my order (#90592) without any explanation or notification for a time-sensitive item. Had I not manually checked sooner, I wouldn't have the time to receive the item for a gift. Luckily I found the product I'm looking for elsewhere for the same price and contacted their customer support to ensure no such hiccups would occur again. This company should be avoided especially if you want to receive your stuff in a timely manner.

To protect ourselves as a business against fraud we had to cancel your order after you never answered our emails for further information.
