TOTAL SCAM! 0* TOTAL SCAM! Order Details Order # 813-9973140 Placed on April 2, 2020 at 12:17 AM EDT Still haven't received the product. When I asked about my order the salesman hung up on me and when I called back kept doing the same. My email was not answered. They took my money and ran. TOTAL SCAM! Canadian resident.

I have very recently started with Prostacor and I seem to have less visits to the toilet through the night, but 1 capsule does not work. I take 2 capsules a short while before going to bed. Delivery by post takes almost a month.

Sleep aid is junk and company does not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. I rarely ask for refunds or give reviews, but I want to warn others like me who have occasional insomnia. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 'GUARANTEE' This product is not worth the price, and the guarantee is meaningless: I tried Nutreance's sleep aid, thinking theexorbitant price meant it might to be very good, but after giving the pills several chances over 3 weeks, I came to the conclusion that it did not help me sleep, so exactly 24 days after purchase I emailed them a respectful request for my money back citing their 30 day guarantee. Nutreance never acknowledged this email. So, 2 weeks later I sent a follow up email (to the exact same email), to which they replied that since this (the 2nd) email was received after their 30 day window, I was not entitled to the refund! How convenient: ignore customers when they legitimately contact the company within the 30 day time frame, and then deny the claim based on a later email's date! Nutreance cannot be trusted and the products don't work anyway so do not waste your money.

I have to agree with all these 1 star reviews which surely would have been ZEROS if there was a way to pick that. Worst service and most offensive customer service people I have ever come across. After the last email I sent (I finally received the product seven (7) weeks after the order date (and after several emails and calls that were never returned), I called once more, asked for a manager, which was refused and then was hung up on when I said I will do my outmost to warn about this outfit on social media. After that I received an email that said: "I hope your little tantrum gave you what you wanted. You have an exceptional product delivered in full. Run along now. " To say I am furious is an understatement. Do NOT deal with this company.

I have been waiting for a delivery of Redimind, which is late. I asked about tracking parcel and queried their arrival dates, which they disputed though i gave them copied on a screenshot. I expected an apologetic or conciliatory explanation, reassurance, or something. I received a rude one line email. Upon writing again several times i received no response. I still have no product (which is for my Dad). i wrote again one final time yesterday, and got one line from Nutreance, which was three words: “see previous response” ! I’m heartbroken for my Dad, and absolutely seething that any company can treat a customer with this level of contempt. Had previously been singing their praises and have spent a lot of money on this product this year. Will not be, from now on.

Ordered in Mid March and have never received my order, although I was told it was on its way 22nd March. E Mailed and called multiple times to no avail. Not one reply. Covid no excuse as I have received other deliveries from overseas. By reading other reviews I can see it is a common occurrence. Strongly advice anyone from Australia to avoid these con men ta all costs. If anyone from this company ever cares to read these reviews my order number is 410-8736123.

I ordered 2 bottles of RediNite product based on reviews. Very convincing site with claims of successful clinical trials. They even offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This is a multi-billion dollar industry that relies on testimonials so it is very refreshing to find a company that has raised the bar. Doesn't get any better does it? As a matter fact it gets worse because of their absolutely incompetent customer service. I have never received the product ordered and shipped 53 days ago. Contacted customer support 3 times by email. No responses or read receipts. Called customer support twice. The lady on the 2nd call hung up on me when her dog started barking in the background. I ordered the product through PayPal. I was able to contact a sensible Nutreance representative through PayPal to resolve the issue. I determined that they use FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) when you chose not to pay the higher shipping costs. There is no tracking process. If you want tracking you need to pay the extra shipping charges. Be sure to pay for this product through PayPal or Amazon where you can pursue a refund. Nutreance sent a complimentary shipment through FedEx that arrived in 2 days. Tried the RediNite for 7 nights and there was no improvement in my sleep. I took 2 capsules each night based on their recommendation and the results of their clinical study. Most users taking 2 capsules had a positive response after 7 nights. Nutreance recommends 4 capsules per night for chronic insomnia which I tried. No improvement. Disappointing result for me as this company appears to technically do everything the right way other than customer service. Nutreance needs to clean up their poor customer support email and telephone. Nutreance needs to replace FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) as they have zero accountability.

Still waiting for my order since 20th March - blaming COVID 19 but have no ability to trace the order - now not responding to my emails finally they responded and resent my order
