I ordered some redinite pills to help with my insomnia. They arrived in a damaged bottle and unfortunately did not work. As I had to self isolate for 2 weeks, I missed the window to return the product and get a refund, as I was unable to leave the house to get to a post office. In total the product cost me £40 including delivery. As I am a student and struggling financially at the moment, I emailed nutreance customer service almost a month out of the returns period, asking them if there is any chance I could still return the product (which has 25/30 pills left) and be refunded any amount no matter how small, under extenuating circumstances. I sent a long email, complimenting them on their website and video aids. I received a short rude, reply simply stating 'no- we will not make an exception'. I'm shocked at how insensitive the reply was, even after being notified that the product arrived damaged, they did not apologise or offer any explanation. I am fully aware that their choice to not refund the product is justified due to their 30 day returns policy. However, shortly after posting my first review about the company I received a threatening email from them telling me if I did not take it down in the next 24 hours they would file a law suit against me. They said I was not specific about how long out of the returns period I was, so I have made sure to add that this time. Im so shocked. I do not recommend this product, it is far too overpriced and the website seems to create a false sense of empathy to potential customers. They claim to be a company aimed at providing aid for those with anxiety and insomnia etc however they are incredibly insensitive, rude and unprofessional. On top of this... suspiciously all the most recent reviews seem to be ok, up until November 2020, where everything seems to go very downhill....
