The customer service was horrible in my experience. I made several attempts to contact the company to insure my subscription would continue… I did not ever receive a callback. Determined to talk to a representative, I waited on the phone for an hour before I hung up…. Wondering if anyone was really on the other end! Sent an email trying to resolve my issue, as of yet…. No response.

I bought this product for my husband, as I had been noticing his short term memory was suffering. I have already noticed a huge difference in his memory.
