3biome is a good product for abdominal/colon issues. My mother has been taking it for 6 weeks and we see improvement, especially with reduction in abdominal bloating and overall pain.

RediMove is easy to take and does not upset my stomach. I have been taking it for about 6 weeks and it really seems to be working. My knees don't hurt at all and my hip pain is less.
