I have had good experience of using Redicalm to help manage anxiety. I’ve tried prescription meds, SSRIs etc in the past. but Redicalm works better for me. It’s a bit pricy and you have to get it delivered from the USA. but it’s worth it in my opinion as it’s really helped me cope with my anxiety
