I have had issues with my bowels for years and was hoping that this product would help me become more regular. So far after taking it for two months my problem has become worse causing constipation. I will hang in there for another month to see if it resolves but if it doesn’t then I will stop taking it. Company is very prompt on filling orders and shipping. I just wish being Canadian that they had a Canadian distributor which would avoid paying in US dollars with the resulting exchange rate

I find the site easy to use and very helpful. I have had 2 bottles of the 3Biome so far and am ordering 2 more. They seem to be making a difference to the inflammation below my stomach and they don't upset my stomach like the ordinary ones do.

For 4 yesrs I have hard stomach pain, bloating, constipation and severe headaches and I have to fast once a week for 24 jours to get better. I have been taking 3Biome for 2 weeks My headaches are decreasing . I remain hopeful thar this probiotic will help me résolve m’y problem. Still to early to tell.

i have not used it for very long so i cant say for sure it is helping but i think so
