I was having a lot of lower back pain. After a short time of taking the product my pain was greatly reduced. I now only feel some stiffness in the mornings. My legs were feeling numb after standing and that is much better. The product is quite pricey, however, especially since I am from Canada and have to also pay the exchange rate.
