RediMove supplement does help with joint pain. However, it is not total elimination of pain. Still needs to do stretching to relieve the osteoarthritis of my hip. The supplement does help to improve though.

I am 88 and suffer with really bad arthritis in the knees. RediMove has made a significant improvement. It is not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps. I recently stopped taking it to see if it really does help. The answer is that I have reordered again !

I take two tablets per day and find they do help my memory etc., long may that continue. A lager 60 tbs bottle might prove helpful.
