If i could give a zero star I would. Never received what I ordered. They kept making excuses on why. I disputed charge on my credit card

They sent me a drink Mix (3) that I did not order and they won't respond by email. They don't use Post Office. Someone just threw this package on our sidewalk. They make it impossible to return because don't know who even delivered it. No phone to talk to anyone about returning this. Terrible !

I would have given this a zero-or-negative-number star rating if possible. The supplements ship out of China, and according to their jenky tracking, they were delivered to me 12 days after the order was received, but I never received them. Of course, there is no phone number to notify them of this; only email. I have emailed them twice with no response.

I would give this company a minus in customer support and delivery. I never received the product, I ordered the product and 4 weeks later I have not received. I have sent numerous emails, received ai generated responses and responses that they would have to contact the courier to confirm the product was not received. I can follow the delivery process and determine that it is still in customs. They will not refund my money until they confirm it themselves. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

Don't waste your time. Been trying to return and they keep saying they are sending it to their team. Been a month and been messaging them every other day. Still nothing.

I ordered glp 1 from this coming in says it shipped in May 4th and delivered may 31st we'll the address they said it was delivered too is 5 hours from me. What The hell. I have been emailing back and forth when this coming for 2 months and refused to replace product or refund my money.. I even paid the extra insurance. What a scam stay away from this company

First time I ordered the Berberine liquid drops I was charged an extra fee for shipping insurance. I did get the product about a month after purchasing. Haven’t seen any results like them claim the product does but because I only tried it for two months decided to give it a little longer and placed another order on May 16. This time I paid for regular shipping but not the extra shipping charge of $2.99. By May 28 Their tracking system showed my order being processed at a USPS facility in Chicago IL. No movement, no updates until June 8 stating it was delivered June 1st and I had been checking daily. Went to my local post office where they confirmed the tracking number did not belong to any USPS office, further more post office was able to check every package delivered to my address last 30 days and not one was from Chicago IL. Several emails have lead nowhere. I have filled a complaint with BBB. Stay away from this company.

Do not order from this company! Never received my order. After ordering, I received notice it was shipping from CHINA!
