SCAM!! AVOID!! Go to the bottom of their page. It says drop shipped. The real tablets are brown with brown powder. These SCAM ones are White with White powder. Have requested refund. Haven't heard back. AVOID! A shame I can't show photos.

Totally scammed here unfortunately I was falsely drawn on an instagram add product did not arrive for 7/8 weeks until I emailed them then I got 2 bottles sent to me not leaflet inside no instructions just tasted like sweetener that was black in colour cheap packaging came from china money taken from my account twice took me ages to cancel subscription please do not be fooled like I was

Falsely using Barbara and having no manufacturers name on the packaging is a warning to me. I bought 5 bottles in trust. That has now gone. I will throw the stuff away and cancel my subscription. Phil

Fraud. It has been 7 weeks since I placed my order and still haven't received it. I have received two tracking links from the company. The first one which I received about a month after I placed my order showed that the product was in transit 48 days! Another enquiry resulted in the exact same tracking link being sent to me, still in transit 48 days, all of the other information is the same too. I only ordered from this company because it was showing itself to be an American company. If I had known that it was Chinese I would never have ordered from them. Even if the product turns up I won't use it. I would never have ordered a Chinese herbal essence in the first place. Scammers.

Nutrail. Have sent numbers emails to cancel my order and delete bank details, then they went and sent me an email saying my package is shipped.. Do not get anything of this company

Ok so 27 days later no product, no communication at all. Don't bother ordering. Very angry as we really needed this product. ROB -QLD AUSTRALIA.

The product was not as advertised. False endorsement, shipped from China, and the company refused a full refund unless I paid return postage overseas. They only offered small partial refunds. I’m now pursuing a chargeback.
