Great product. Been using for years. Please bring back scoop with long handle. New style not functional when jar not full.

New Marketing Noted
Hands down, NutraBio products are great... but I've been hot and cold with customer service... Use to be one could get discounts up to 12% with larger orders, or frequent purchases... and buy in bulk discounts... over time, this became more and more inconsistent... we all want a deal! I went to order the end of June, called to see if there were any specials, or upcoming events... Like July 4th... got a no... within 24 hours of ordering, they sent out a promo... I felt cheated... and I've been buying from these guys for at least 6 years! Shortly after, I got a 'preferred customer' link... I'll see the next time I order if there is anything to it... I'm hoping their attempt to let a customer feel like they're getting a deal with a GREAT product will prove to be a worthy marketing tool for both the company and the consumer.

Still too early in the process to tell, but have already experienced some marked relief in the knees. Problems I ignored long ago, starting to finally let up. I purchased the deluxe size, and hoping for that sized relief. But if now is any indication, I should be right as rain soon again!

Order was correct and arrived super quickly, one or two days after I placed order online. Too soon to evaluate effectiveness of product, but it arrived in great shape.

Great Product, shipping lacking
I have been a loyal customer for the past two year. Nutrabio has great products. However, due to demand some products may be unavailable. In addition, shipping has been slow especially considering that I live very close to the company.

Good products expensive shipping and delivery
Hi, I'm from Malaysia and we love your products. But please reduce the shipping and delivery costs. It's equal to the of purchasing the products or even more! We'd like to continue supporting Nutrabio so please do look into finding other options for overseas shipments. Thank you.
