The products are great, I have been a loyal customer for a while and I always order my amino acid products or other stuff from nutrabio. However being a Canadian customer makes my purchases subject to the fluctuation in Canadian/US dollars. Also the shipping charges are high. I hope Nutrabio can do something about it (at least find another shipping company since they have no control over the currency.

The standard delivery ($6.00) takes approximately 6 to 7 business days which seems to be excessively long. I have order other products from the east coast that have been delivered in five business days.

I would like to ask why you no longer carry “Stevia extract powder” for years I have purchased it from you in quantities of 500 g. I search for it on the website but could not find it, do you still carry it? If so) email me or advised me as to where I can find it on your web. Robert

I've bought several products from this company. I just got done using the Extreme Nitric Stack. I've had multiple people tell me they can see a difference in my size, and intense weight lifting and endurance training. I'm showing results just in the month I've taken it. I've tried lots of other companies GNC and never got the results like I'm getting with this company. They ship to you fast.

Bu the way it mixes and the consistency, these products do Appear to be pharmaceutical grade quality. The BCAA formula tastes great. If I lived on the mainland I'd definitely come back, but as it is, shipping to Hawaii is disproportionately more expensive than other stores. Had they used a large usps priority mail flat rate box, for example, they could have cut shipping cost by $10. For example, Bodybuilding.com manages to get me my usual order of 6 cans (18lbs worth!) of oats and whey for half the cost it took them to send me a few small items that would have easily fit in a flat rate box.

I appreciate the ZERO amount of the "other ingredients" in your products. Many people now realize how bad they are for ones body. Other than that, I would like it if you had a suggestion box section. That would open you up to where people are going on their wants and needs.

I like the truthful label and that the products do not contain unnecessary ingredients. For example none of the capsules contain fillers. I would like to see orders shipped the same day if they are received before some time deadline - this does not always happen in my experience. I would also like to see zero shipping cost for ground freight when some minimum order is placed. Overall I trust the quality and service, but would like to see faster, cheaper shipping. Thank you.
