I've purchased Ribose from NutraBio for years. It's a great product, and I have always had great service with this company. The one time the product was questionable, I was treated fairly and respectfully by friendly staff. He quickly helped me send the product back. And I promptly received a replacement, free of charge. And later I found out that the product was not faulty after all.
