just want to say that ur products keep me motivated determined because of your guys is pure ingredient...

I've been ordering almost exclusively from NutraBio for several years and spending hundreds of dollars per order. They used to do almost no decent sales but now occasionally you can get up to 20% off which is great. Shipping is cheap and quite fast. All aspects are 5 stars except customer service. I've had the wrong order sent to me on two occasions (someone elses order with their name on label). I try to be honest and always let them know (they don't seem to know when an order goes to someone else). I've had my entire order held up without notice due to backorder. One time the 15lb bucket of whey isolate had a strange/ burnt taste to it. I inquired and was told they'd look into it. No reply. The times I've dealt with a person I've found it to be not overly friendly or helpful. Usually everything is done online and goes well but if you have an issue be prepared for sub-par service or treatment.

Upside: Lots of info on their products. Upfront about ingredients. The company projects sincerity. Quick shipping. I am a multi-year customer. Downside: Prices seem high (but I still order). Could show more sensitivity towards those customers who are sensitive to certain ingredients (Caffeine, Soy, Eggs, etc.). Perhaps a standard allergy box on the web page with "Contains ...". I am aware most of the products are one ingredient only. However, some of the mixes (POST, PRE) have multiple ingredients. It is a pain to get excited about a product, then after searching the ingredients list, finding reference to product that prevents me from ordering.

Since being a member with NutraBio, I've expanded my knowledge base on supplements, with ingredients and, overall performance measures. Not all of the products work "FOR ME", but the ones that do, are outstanding!! My only CON, is that they NEVER HAVE THE POPULAR FLAVORS on products IF you guys know they sale out quickly then MAKE MORE!!

Love the purity of your supplements. Do not like that some of the ones just delivered are stamped dated for April of last year!
