Extremely awful costumer service and delivery
I ordered my nutribio protein powder and after 12 days they sent me an email saying it's just shipped. I called them twice. First time I was waiting 15 mins and they never responded. Second time I was waiting 10 mins and no response from a customer representative. I emailed them twice and no response whatsoever. What kind of shitty company and customer service is this??? I got my protein powder after 17 days and ... I will NEVER EVER order anything again.

Disappointed Customer
I've been purchasing BCAA caps and Whey Protein (Isolate) from Nutrabio for more than 2 yrs. now. Their shipping fee has gone up but their service has gone down. It's taking forever for their items to arrive. You may or may not post my review but that's just the way it is..

Whey Protein Isolate Ad Misleading + Cutomer Service
I've ordered various products from NutraBio and was a very satisfied customer until my last purchase. On the website, NutrBio claimed that their 100% Whey Protein Isolate is made from hormone free 100% USDA Grade A milk. However, after I received the Whey, the fine print on the label (ingredient) states 'SOY'. I contacted customer service, and requested the percentage of milk and soy in the Whey. They would not give me the details. Shalise Graham (customer service) would not help me. It's unfortunate that I've been misled and the trustworthy of NutraBio other products concerns me. Are they really telling the truth in their ADs?

bad product, no response to my complaint.
I ordered tryptophan from nurtabio.com. I have been taking this supplement for about a year because it helps elevate my mood. Anyways, when I started taking their tryptophan I began to feel bad. I waited a few days and then eventually went back to my old brand. I instantly felt better. I recently tried their tryptophan again because I bought a huge bottle from them and do not like to waste my money, but I go the same experience. I can only assume that their product is inferior to the one I was taking, or that their product is not really what they claim it to be. I went ahead and sent them an email informing them of my experience, they ever responded back.

Terrible Customer Service, and no product control.
I ordered 2 of the 5lb dutch chocolate Protein Isolates. I received them and the containers both said Dutch Chocolate. I opened one and it tasted like mint. Their website says NO HASSLE RETURNS AND NO RESTOCKING FEES. I notified them by email and the agent asked me to give him the lot number off of the container. Thanks, Have a Wonderful Day Customer Service [email protected] 1-888-688-7224 Middlesex NJ 08846 After their response I checked the other container and it also tastes like mint. Not knowing if it is their Chocolate Mint mispackaged, or if it contains something harmful. I have not used the product so they just screwed me out of my money.
