I have been a customer for about three years. I have enjoyed the taste, quality and results of everything I have received from NutraBio. Most of my orders have arrived rapidly and others have come when manufacturing catches up to distribution! All in all, they are truthful about their lag time, and that is important to me. That's not the end of the story. I have made requests after placing orders and the staff has been most accommodating. Also, I received a defective product in my last order, which was immediately replaced (express ship), with an apology and some great samples. I say this not because I'm disappointed in the lag or the product issue, but that I'm thrilled they fix their mistakes in a rapid fashion and make you feel #1 if there is a problem. This is the type of "real live human" company with whom I shall do more business.

Thank goodness for supplements without "junk" added . I buy tons of NutraBio products from this site as well as on Amazon. I have a request - is it possible to have L-Threonine in a capsule form? I purchase BCAA as well as single Amino Acids and L-Threonine is the only one that is NOT in available in a capsule form. The caps (bottle tops) of 2 my recently purchased items broke upon first use: The cap of the BCAA as well as the cap of the Glycine bottle. I am not upset about it, just wanted you to know.
