I find it so frustrating whenever I call or email customer service I get the same rude person. Only once did I get a different person that I actually hung up with feeling good about the amazing amount of money I spend on their products. NutraBio has the best supplements I have ever found. And can't stand someone that makes me feel pissed off for shopping with them.

I received my confirmation email immediately with notification that Nutrabio would send me an email when the order shipped. It has been nine days and no notification. In addition, Customer Service appears to refuse to answer any of my emails requesting order status. I have filed a complaint with paypal and if I don't hear anything soon will file a complaint with my bank. It's obvious they don't want my business.

I recently order the Arginine Powder, Glucosamine HCI Powder, Di-Creatine Malete Powder, MSM, Arginine Ethyl Ester Powder, Arginine Pyroglutamine & Lysine. After 45 days, I am yet to notice any significant change. It's unfortunate that the guarantee is only good for 30 days because if a supplement is going to work, it may take closer to 45-60 days. Taking all of these product should create some type of improvement. I have not seen any? I dont think I can recommend Nutrabio.com products.
