Hello Olga, Thank you for leaving us your feedback of your shopping experience with us. I apologize that your experience was not so good. I was able to review your order and I do show that you called and spoke with a customer service rep on June 9th. I apologize that our system is not set up to take International Credit Card payments, this is why our procedure is that all orders be placed via our website as we allow you to process your order using the PayPal checkout module. When customers want to add to their order, it makes it difficult to charge your card, as we don't have access to your PayPal account nor to we take International card via the phone. I do show that the Customer Service rep cancelled your order (as per your request) and a refund was processed via PayPal in the amount of $116.91. The transaction ID for the refund is Unique Transaction ID # 10H78648VC2554450. It normally takes about a week for the funds to appear back into your account, depending on your setting in your PayPal account. We are working now to get NutraBio products in other countries, so hopefully Russia may be one. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I will follow up with you via email, however I wanted to respond via TrustPilot as well. I hope you will shop with us again in the near future. Hello Cass! Thank you for contacting NutraBio and leaving your feedback. I am sorry that you've been having issues with your Auto-ship. Thank you for being a loyal customer with us since 2011. I was able to review your account and order history. I do show that you were recently set up on Auto-ship on April 7th 2015. I see that your Auto-ship was set for every 90 days. Your next auto-ship is not to go out until July. For the past two years all of your orders were placed via our website. have you attempted to do Auto-ship via our website? We currently do not offer Auto-ship via our website, however I could see someone could get confused as there is a link on our page for our Auto-ship program. Another customer just made me aware of this information not to long ago. The information will be updated right away. Again, I apologize for any confusion there may have been.
