For one as a customer that spends a lot on ur products I should be offered at least free shipping. You guys charge so much for it! Also not even one of your pre workouts are kosher?! Please change those things. Thanks, Eden Sarusi

The shopping experience was average.... Nothing to jump up and down about. It was fairly straight forward and no issues. Don't have the item yet which means I can only review the shopping cart and ordering process

Nutra bio protein doesn't taste as good as other brands, but it has been my choice due to its affordability and pureness. However, the price of the Isolate protein I buy has risen from $65 to $90 and I now have to buy the concentrate blend. If I am going to pay the same price for Nutrabio protein that I pay for other, more popular brands then I will no longer purchase nutrabio protein.

Hello Yannick, Thank you for leaving us your feedback! I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We certainly understand your frustration and realize that the shipping rates can be a bit expensive. We will continue to work with our carriers to ensure that our customers are receiving the best rates possible. We are also looking into other carrier options other than what we currently offer (USPS). Right now our system is not automatically set up to email tracking confirmations with USPS. That is something we are working on as well. Again, thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your patience as we work to fix some of your concerns. Regards, L. Martin Customer Service Manager

NutraBio seems like a cutting edge supplement company. However. I waited almost two weeks for my product to "pend" without any reference on when it would ship. Customer service however when contacted, claimed the wait was "on hold due to our fraudulence prevention process". But they kindly stated I would receive a full refund in 2-3 business days. still waiting on that refund as it is the beginning of the third business day.
