I was able to look into this a bit further and I do show that your order was placed via our website on February 21st for our MultiSport (qty 2). The product has been on backorder for a few weeks and I do apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Our protein is manufactured in small batches every week to insure freshness and usually ships within 5 business days from when you place your order. I was able to look into this a bit further and I am showing that your email was forward to our Research & Development team. Someone should had been in contact with you letting you know that we were still waiting on information. Again, I apologize! I was able to speak with our Research & Development Team this morning and was informed that our NAC is not synthetized from bacteria. Our NAC comes from the reaction of Acetic Anhydride and L-Cysteine HCl Monohydrate which comes from human hair. We normally do not except coupons from third party sites as the majority of those codes are invalid and sometimes fake.
