I have had the opportunity to make purchases from NutraBio periodically for over a year and half. I can only recall one event where there was cause for concern; however, it was more a communications issue which was remedied in a short amount of time. Overall, each order has been delivered in a timely manner and whenever I have contacted customer service, they have been very helpful and responsive. I have every intent to continue to order from NutrBio and would recommend them to anyone looking for good products and good service.

Nutrabio has very good products, but prices have increased to an unacceptable level. Had to switch to another brand for a whey protein isolate product due to large price increase by Nutrabio.

I use the extreme mass 6 lb and i love it. The flavor is great and extremely good but its just way too expensive.i will not be able to keep buying it because i don't have that kid of money. Overall great product.

I purchased the 15 lb. container of Whey Protein Isolate. The product came highly recommended to me. The challenge to get the lid off the container was frustrating. It took me about 10 minutes of struggling, selecting tools and figuring out how to force the lid off this pail. Finally got it done, but now have challenge every time I need to go back to the pail to refresh my daily dose container. Any way a more user friendly container could be utilized? Product is great! Love it!

I love their protein products and would recommend them all, with the exception of the Java protein concentrate. I would have liked it, but it contains an artificial sweetener which I found to be too sweet. NutraBio, if you're reading ths, please consider offering an unsweetened version!

The last two times I have ordered this product it has been on backorder. I try to keep stocked up because I give the protein drink to an Autistic child who is a very picky eater. This is one of the only ways I can get some quality protein into her. It would help a great deal if the stock were monitored a little more closely so it's there when we need it. It's a great product and I have had great experiences with your company other than this. Thank you.

I have only purchased coral calcium from Nutribio, but lots of it--perhaps 40 pounds over the last 6 years. It is the same quality product that is put into caps by other companies but at a much lower price. The catalog is slick and very professionally formatted, but I found the images disturbing. Particularly the ripped lady with the leopard spot top. I laughed--that one is over the top. Nutribio--do a survey. How many women like to see images of super ripped women? Very few. It cannot be good for sales.

I have been very happy with your supplements. I have introduced your brand to many friends. I think the time between when I make an order and the order ships seems to be a little longer than other companies. I spend around $200 - $300 a month with you guys and never get any freebies or discounts other than when you have a sale of some sort. I have asked for a free t shirt before and was just told they can't do that. So there is no thanks for being a big customer of yours. So that's kind of sad given how much I spend and how loyal I have been. Other than that I am happy.
