Placed order, not received. Called company and was told they would send another order, not received. Company quit responding. Challenged credit card charge and was denied. These guys suck.

Absolute Scam. Chinese company that refuses to return payment for faulty goods. Crusty old paints and poor quality canvas paper. Steer well clear, daylight robbery.

AVOID!! I bought the blue and gold macaw painting to paint as a present for my friend. It was the only one I could find which I why I used Numeral Paint instead of amazon. The product came from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking info was off and kept going back and forth to two cities. However, I can deal with that. What really upsets me is that the colors I received are completely off!! It ruins the picture. Purple instead of navy blue, brown instead of black, red instead of brown, etc etc. it makes the painting clash and look horrible. It takes dozens of hours to complete and I can’t even gift it to my friend because it is such an embarrassment. Seriously, avoid this company and find a paint by numbers on amazon or a company that you can actually trust. Biggest waste of my money and time.

Lousy customer service. I ordered 3 months ago. Still have received nothing. Tracking shows it going on a world tour before being parked in a post office the last 3 weeks with a delivery exception. While customer support always responds quickly, they always repeat my message back to me, thank me for my patience, and say they have no control over shipping. That is garbage. With the number of complaints about shipping, they should know to find a better shipping method. They refuse to issue me a refund for my product I never received because apparently it is my fault I didn’t get it, not theirs, and therefore they believe I should be out the money, not them.

This company is a scam. They send items from China and the return address is Morroco and there phone number is usa. 100% scam company just look at all the bad reviews of people they have ripped off.

They took extremely long to send it. Like 2 months. Then I get it and the colors aren't right... I did a custom picture and the colors are off.. I have a black and white dog and they sent me grays and blues for his fur.... also they didnt send enough paint. I ran out of certain numbers! Some paint is too thick to spread and some is watery and thin

If I could give it a -10 I would! I received no indication at all when ordering that this order would take over 60 days to be delivered. I ordered this for a sick child who was going through chemo. She’s already through with all her chemo and just got the painting! I know we were in the midst of Covid but over two months is a little crazy and every time I would inquire I got the canned answer of “we are in the middle of Covid.“. Thanks a lot Numeral Paint!!!☹️

I ordered 5/6. I read the reviews about it taking months to arrive so tried to cancel. They told me they shipped mid May. Still not received and no indication it was ever mailed. Do NOT buy from this company! You WILL get ripped off.
