I do not reccomend this sight what so ever! I was looking through setting up an order which I added to my basket, before confirming my order I changed my mind and cancelled the transaction. But this company still took my money, even after I cancelled. I emailed this company minutes after receiving an email to say my order has been placed saying that there was a mistake. The issues me a refund, fine.... but have taken 5USD for the service fee!? Robbing me of my own money, service fee for what? sending a bloody email?? Not happy at all with this! I am reviewing on multiple social media platforms so other people are aware.

I placed an order for two projects in April. They took forever to arrive and when they did, someone took it upon themselves to replace one with an ugly dead rose painting. I contacted the vendor who promised to replace it immediately. That was in May and I still don’t have it. I asked to cancel my order and refund my credit card but was told I couldn’t cancel because it had already reached the US. It’s been in Los Angeles since August 6 but no one knows where or when I will receive it. Extremely poor business operation, bordering on a scam. I will be reporting this to BBB and disputing the charge on my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute nightmare of a company. I have sent them a picture of my paint that arrived FOUR TIMES and asked them to clarify if my paint pots are labelled correctly or not. Who ever is replying to my emails has still Not answered my question. All I have asked for Is a simple YES or NO .

Two orders, neither had sufficient paint to complete canvas. The custom kits have poor detail - ended up having to draw in missing parts from original photo. Money back guarantee not honoured - they never get back to you. Very poor customer service just keep sending stream of emails back and forward and never sending you the paint you need to complete your purchase. Numbers also so small you need magnifying glass. Choose another company to deal with. There’s another one that is excellent.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my item more than four months ago and it is still not here. Customer service seems to just throw out general "it will get there" remarks and nothing seems to change. Go somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could. The first shipment was lost. The second shipment arrived with our three canvases crumpled and bent in 3 taped mailing envelopes. The paint in the tiny containers looks dried. I’m absolutely sickened we waited 3 months and paid more than $100 for this extremely poor-quality product. Don’t waste your money.

I'm still waiting on my order that was placed 3 months ago. After emailing customer service, turns out the first tracking number they gave me was wrong. According to the correct tracking number USPS is still awaiting my items. This has been crazy, I should have ordered from another site! I did before and received my items within a week. Company sent me a response stating it is shipping company that is delaying the items. They offered 20%off if not received within a week. So far, no package.
