NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

Took forever to arrive. Paints supplied to paint the picture bear no relationship to the photo picture. As an example light grey on the photo picture is to be painted light purple if one uses the paint supplied. Snow should be white but there is no true white supplied only an off white..very disappointed the picture shown is beautiful but the picture painted with the supplied colors is not very attractive.

Would rate negative stars if I could. I rarely write reviews because I tend to think most things are good enough, but I felt compelled to in this case because dealing with this company has been an ordeal from the start. First of all, I never actually confirmed my order because I was extremely put off by the three separate pages of ads I had to click through to get to the order confirmation page. I closed the page without confirming the order but I decided to see if they charged me anyways. They had. I emailed them to cancel within 5-10 minutes of seeing the charge on my card, and they responded saying they would cancel but charge me 5 USD because the artist had been assigned and had begun work. I'm not sure how that's even possible because I sent my initial email 2 minutes before I got a confirmation email for my order. I asked them to clarify their supposed timeline (they never did), and they promised to issue a refund within 7 days. Not seeing the refund, I emailed again, at which point they notified me that the cancellation was never actually processed and the order was mistakenly shipped instead. They offered a 30% refund and said I could keep the product I technically never even ordered in the first place. They were very polite and prompt by email, but it doesn't excuse what is at best a completely dysfunctional business infrastructure. Long story short, this company is actually charging me for multiple mistakes on their part and they think they're doing me a favor. I'm disputing the charge directly through my bank since this company very clearly has no idea what it's doing, unless the aim is to literally steal money from would-be customers.

I bought this piece called Sea Girl. I understand paint by numbers use only 24 colours but the product that came isn't even close to the original. It is as if someone in Paint Numeral decided to do their own interpretation and a bad one at it. When I contacted customer service that 2 colours painted side by side looked exactly the same and ask them to check, I only get generic answers without helping me to solve my issue. I've learned my lesson and will look for another paint by number company that provides a better service and product.

I ordered a kit for a child. It finally arrived in a scrappy plastic bag- shabby presentation and a tiny picture supposed to be the key for a child to follow!!! Disgraceful, cheap and shabby on every level!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

Absolute trash. Talking about artists making the products which is why it takes so long lol. Ordered mine a month ago and it's only left China with the "artists"

Do not trust this horrible company! They stole two of my cat photos and are trying to sell (if not already) products of them! This is extremely rude to do! This is my intellectual property and the violate that!

After the weeks wait my kit arrived, everything was present. I was keen to start on my project it was a custom kit ..... created from a photo i had sent. I noticed a problem almost straight away as the mountain range in background was coloured a slightly different shade of blue from the sky and the sea was same mix of 2 blues , the green grass was yellow or orange and all over the picture are big areas of pale blue . ..not detail just big block areas of no detail . To me its a waste of money

Took 2 weeks to arrive. The paintbrushes are missing. wish I read the reviews before I ordered anything from them. They won't respond to my emails. Do not use this company!!
